Web to Mail Instructions
Setting up your Timperley Villa FC e-mail account using Web based Mail
If you want to access your Timperley Villa e-mail account and either
do not have Outlook or Outlook Express or if you want to access it away
from your normal PC, there are a number of free web-sites that will let
you do this.
One such site is www.web2mail.com although there are a number of
others available on the web

You first need to go to the ‘Sign Up’ page and register
Your name: Enter your name e.g. Mike Smith
Your e-mail address:
This is your account name (as provided by the Club) @timperleyvillafc.co.uk
Depending upon length this will either be
first.surname@timperleyvillafc.co.uk
or
f.surname@timperleyvillafc.co.uk
User name: A name you choose to log onto this website with
Password: A password you choose for this website; NOT your TVYFC
5-digit password
Country/birthday/gender/use:
Whatever you fancy making up!
Click ‘Sign Up’
To access/send e-mail
Go to ‘Sign In’ and log on using your website User name and Password
as above
Select ‘My E-mail’
To receive e-mails click ‘Get e-mail’
Enter your e-mail user name:
This is your account name (as provided by the Club)
Depending upon length this will either be
first.surname
or
f.surname
Enter e-mail server address mail.timperleyvillafc.co.uk
Enter e-mail password The 5-digit number given to you by the Club
If you normally access e-mails from Outlook or Outlook Express but
are accessing them this time from another PC, tick ‘leave messages on
server’ if you want any new messages to also be downloaded into your
Outlook/Express next time you log on with that.
Click ‘Get e-mail’
Open the e-mail by clicking on the ‘subject’ field
To send e-mails click ‘Send e-mail’
Make sure the ‘from’ is set to your Timperley Villa e-mail address
Complete the e-mail in the normal way
IMPORTANT
Web2Mail does not save copies of your Sent e-mails. If you want to
keep a copy, then include your own e-mail address in the ‘CC’ box. That
way, the next time you ‘Get e-mail’ you will get a copy of your message
back.
Do the same if you are doing a ‘Reply’ to an e-mail in ‘Get e-mail’
(i.e. add your own e-mail address in the ‘CC’ box).
