PRE-SEASON TRAINING CAMPS

We have been looking to make a 'Pre-season Training Camp' available this summer to our (08/09) U9-U12 teams.

We have now made arrangements with our coaching partners SiS for them to run a 4-day session at South Trafford College from Tues 26 Aug - Fri 29 Aug.

The sessions will be based upon the Sports 'Fun-camps' that SiS run during the half-term & summer holidays, but will be tailored by SiS to have a specific focus on pre-season training & fitness (but without losing the fun element!).

Sessions will run from 9am (registration)/ 9.30am (start) each day until 3.30pm. The majority of activities will take place on the astroturf at South Trafford, with classroom based activities being provided in the event of severe weather.

The sessions will be priced at £10/day, with a 4-day rate of £35 for TV members.
