Notice Of Annual General Meeting 2007
To be held at 8.00pm on Thursday 14th June 2007
Venue – Bulls Head, Hale Barns
AGENDA
1) To receive a report of the activities of the Club over the previous year
2) To receive a report (Financial Statement) of the Club’s finances over the
previous year
3) To approve modifications to the existing Constitution
4) To elect the Club Officers and Committee
5) To consider ‘any other business’ that has been notified in advance of the
meeting
NOTES
a) The proposed amended Constitution can be viewed on the Club website at
www.timperleyvillafc.co.uk. The amendments are to incorporate the proposed
change of Committee roles. These amendments have been approved by Cheshire
County Football Association.
b) Nominations for election at the AGM shall be communicated to the Club
Secretary, by the proposer and seconder, both of whom must be existing Members
of the Club, not less than 5 days before the AGM. [Subject to approval of the
revised Constitution], the roles that will be up for election are:
a. Club Chairman *
b. Club Secretary *
c. Club Treasurer *
d. Child Welfare Officer *
e. Club Football Manager
f. Club Operations Manager
g. Club Revenue Manager
* the existing holders of these positions are all entitled to offer themselves
for re-election this year
c) Notice of any resolution to be proposed at the AGM under ‘any other
business’, shall be given in writing to the Club Secretary not less than 14 days
before the AGM.
d) Details of any resolution to be proposed at the AGM under ‘any other
business’ will be posted on the Club website at www.timperleyvillafc.co.uk seven
days prior to the AGM.
